The tech came 2 days earlier than scheduled, but I was available. He got it done quickly and cleanly. I paid cash and they were a little less than their competitors, Safelite and a local Phoenix company. No issues at all. I will be back for other windshield replacements. Before pic was after the damaged occured and after pic is a week later. We had a road trip after install sorry the windshield is dirty. Prompt scheduling. Good price. Need to follow up a few times to get the recalibration guy. Service can be more professional and coordinated. Need to wait for hours and have to call a few times to get that done.
Orville was fantastic! He replaced my grandson's windshield quickly and then took the time to talk to him about his wipers and the cover. He was genuinely courteous and I could see he knew exactly what he was doing. From start to finish, it is all in the name... Excellent!
